Our Story

Some things are handed down. This is one of them.

It started long before True Craft CBD existed — before CBD was an industry, before there were shelves full of tinctures and labels with lab results. It started with my grandmother, Lois — or as everyone who loved her knew her, Granny Moody.

She was teaching me as a teenager — a kid who didn't fully understand what he was learning yet — about plants, about nature, and about the quiet power of giving your body what it actually needs.

I carried those lessons for decades. Along the way I added to them — newer science, better extraction, a deeper understanding of cannabinoids and what each one does in the body. Granny Moody's old wisdom met new technology, and something real came out of the other side.

Then came the moment that made everything matter.

When Lois was 97 years old, her doctor pulled her off opiates. At 97. The woman who had taught me everything I knew about natural healing was suddenly left without the only thing managing her pain. I went back to what she had taught me — and I built something for her. She got her quality of life back. At 97.

That changed everything.

I'd already been making these formulations for myself — for my depression, my energy, my sleep, my clarity. I take every single product True Craft CBD makes, every single day. I built them because I needed them. Then I started sharing them with the people closest to me. The feedback wasn't just good. It was the kind of feedback that stops you in your tracks.

That's when I understood. This wasn't just something I made for myself or my circle. This was something I was supposed to share.

True Craft CBD exists because of a grandmother named Lois who knew that nature heals, a family that needed it, and a circle of people whose lives quietly changed when they started using what I'd made. Now that circle is open to everyone.
